What to include

Please tell us:

The phone model and its Android version (Settings → About phone).
The app version (shown at the bottom of the app’s main screen).
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
The time of day it happened, and your time zone — the app keeps a timed log, and knowing when narrows it down quickly.

We aim to reply within three working days. This is a small project; there is no telephone line.

Do not write to us. Call your local emergency number — 911 in the United States, 112 in Europe, 190 or 192 in Brazil.
